Kormi HR: Delete Your Account and Data

Kormi HR is a mobile app for your employer's Odoo HR system. Your Kormi HR account is your account on your employer's Odoo, and your HR records are stored on your employer's Odoo server, not by Dot BD Solutions. This page explains how to ask for your account and data to be deleted.

How to request deletion

  • Ask your employer: contact your HR team or your company's Odoo administrator and ask them to delete your Kormi HR / Odoo account and your data. They can also revoke any phone signed in to your account.
  • Or ask us: email [email protected] with the subject "Kormi HR data deletion request", or message us on WhatsApp at https://wa.me/8801810025181. Tell us your name, your company name, and the login or email you use in Kormi HR. Because your employer controls your data, we pass your request to your employer, help them carry it out, and confirm to you when it is done.
  • Delete the data on your phone yourself: sign out in the app to remove that account's session and offline copy, or uninstall Kormi HR to remove everything the app kept on the phone.

What is deleted

  • Your user account and sign-in access, and every phone registered to it, including push notification tokens.
  • Your profile photo and personal contact details added through the app.
  • Chat messages, voice messages, files and AI assistant conversations, where your employer's Odoo allows them to be deleted.
  • On the phone: your saved session and passwords, the offline copy of screens, unsent offline actions and app settings.

What may be kept, and for how long

Some HR records may be kept by your employer after your account is deleted, because labour, tax or accounting laws require employers to keep them. These can include attendance records (with check-in times and locations), time off, payslips, expenses and timesheets. How long they are kept is set by your employer and the law that applies to them. Ask your employer's HR team for their retention period. Dot BD Solutions keeps no copy of your HR data.
