kormiDotHRM is a phone app for an Odoo server that your employer runs. We, Dot BD
Solutions Limited, wrote the app and the Odoo module behind it. We do not run a
service that holds your data, and we do not receive it.
Who holds your data
Your employer. The app talks only to the Odoo address you enter when you sign in,
which belongs to your employer or to whoever hosts Odoo for them. They decide how
long the data is kept and who inside the company may see it. For questions about
your own records — or to have them corrected or deleted — contact your HR team.
What the app sends to your employer's Odoo
Account details — the email or login you sign in with, your name, and your
employee record in Odoo.
Attendance — when you check in and out, and whether the punch was made
offline.
Location — the coordinates of a check-in or check-out, when your employer
turns that on. The app asks for location permission the first time and shows
what it is for. It is read only at the moment you punch, never in the
background, and never while the app is closed. Decline it and you can still use
the rest of the app; your employer decides whether a punch without location is
accepted.
Time off and payroll — the requests you make, documents you attach, and the
payslips your employer publishes to you.
Photos and files you choose — a profile picture, or a document attached to a
leave request. Only the file you pick is read; the app does not browse your
gallery.
Device details needed to keep the account safe — the phone model and a
device identifier for the session, so your HR can see and revoke the devices
signed in to an account.
What stays on your phone
Your sign-in session, so you do not have to log in every time.
A copy of the screens you last opened, so they still show when the network is
gone.
Punches made offline, until they are sent.
Signing out clears the session and the saved copies.
What we collect
Nothing. The app has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no crash
reporting service. We have no server in between: your phone talks to your
employer's Odoo directly.
Who your data is shared with
Nobody, by the app. Data goes from your phone to your employer's Odoo server over
an encrypted connection (HTTPS, when the server is set up with it) and stays
there under your employer's control. The app does not sell data and does not pass
it to third parties.
Children
kormiDotHRM is a workplace tool and is not intended for children.
Permissions the app asks for

Deleting your data
Your account and your records live in your employer's Odoo. Ask your HR team to
remove them, or to revoke your device. Uninstalling the app removes everything
kept on the phone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears at this address with a new date.
